About

Once mistaken for a 40-year-old lawyer in seventh grade, Rachel VanKoughnet is serious. Born with the scales of justice inside the marrow of her bones, Rachel VanKoughnet is sensitive to imbalances of power, adept at balancing fairness with compassion and committed to peace.

Peace comes from within, through the practice of Self love.

After a lifetime of achievement through force, Rachel VanKoughnet now considers her own intuition, her feelings and is gentle with her Self.

If there were Olympic Medals for grieving, Rachel would win the gold.

Using her lawyer brain to organize tens of thousands of dollars worth of therapy, Rachel VanKoughnet has invented a grief-healing app now available for the iPhone, iPad, and iPod Touch.

The iHeal because iFeel will help you heal your Self. Grief comes from change. Life is full of changes. If you don’t understand that change provokes cyclical feelings of Anger, Bargaining, Depression, Acceptance and Denial then you might mistake your Self for crazy when really, you are just grieving. Your body knows how to heal from grief, but you have to stop fighting it and FEEL the feelings.

Grief won’t kill you. Resisting grief might. LOVE your Self enough to feel your own feelings.
